Did a series of tai chi forms today, along with some qi gong and some standing postures. I get to teach tai chi again on Monday, so I have to start getting ready again.
The work I’ve done to get ready for that over break has been inadequate. I’m not sure how I’m going to move that ahead in the next two days before I have to teach tai chi again. I’m also in the middle of comment-writing season for school, which I admit started well and then bogged down. Any suggestions?
