I did a short but great set this morning. I did both qi gong forms, and two tai chi forms, and 25 push-ups. But the second tai chi form took about 35 minutes all by itself, and I ran out of time this morning.
I always forget how elaborately pear-shaped my practice becomes at the start of a new school year, as I try to adjust to the new schedule. This year will be no exception, and I ask your patience and good-will as I find the rhythm of the new year.
