Tai Chi Y4D170: A little break

Did my druidry practice this morning before tai chi.  I don’t usually report this here, but for reasons of my own I think I’ll start reporting it here.  And then I followed that up with Five Golden Coins, four repetitions of the tai chi form, and twenty-five push-ups.

Somewhere in the middle of the tai chi forms, there was a bit of a break.  It seemed necessary. I sat down and did about 15 minutes of meditation on my zafu, which I’ve had for years since I took a class on Zen in 2002.  The two forms after that fifteen minute break were much, much better — slower, more deliberate — than the two before it. And that was my tai chi practice today.
