I did my Taiji exercises in the dark hotel room at 7 this morning (late for me!), but didn’t have a chance to write about the work until now. It’s been go-go-go for most of the day.
Having an exercise routine that you can do anywhere is important: whether it be yoga or tai chi or something else, being able to do it in unusual places or times is critical if you want to be able to achieve a continuous daily program.
