Taiji Day 109: In the Fog

This morning, I went out and did my tai chi exercises on the edge of the parking lot, in the fog.  It was a great way to celebrate the solstice.

The challenge to moving through the form outside, in a strange place, is always “is someone sneaking up behind me.”  One either rushes through the form to find safety again, or slows down in order to be more observant.  Today was a combination of those two things.  I definitely rushed through Five Golden Coins, slowed down for the form, rushed again through Eight Pieces of Silk.
