Did both qi gong forms and four tai chi forms.  It was an OK practice, hampered a bit by having a lot of things going on, and having my work space a bit compromised by a pile of supplies for a project every which way.

But i think it was a pretty successful morning, given the challenges.  I didn’t sweat very much, wasn’t particularly uncomfortable.  But I also feel like I worked out most of the kinks and stiffnesses that I had, and that I’m in better physical form than I was when I got up.
