Today’s practice: druidry, 20 push-ups, 20 squats, qi gong (Eight Pieces of Silk), and a slow tai chi form. It’s enough.
One of the things I love about qi gong is what I love about the simplest yoga routine I ever learned. Both of the qi gong forms I know stretch the spine six ways: left and right, bending over and arching left and right, bending forward and back. If I do nothing else in a day besides stretch the spine, it’s a good day.
