Tai Chi Y4D212: Tai chi

One tai chi form, one set of 25 push-ups. Because I forgot to set the alarm.

This week has been one difficult ride — I started in Chicago on Monday and Tuesday, which was wonderful, but I was looking to get home and be in my own space again.  Except that now that I’m here, I’m not really entirely here.  I’ve been struggling to catch up with my students for the lost day of classes, too, from Tuesday — except many of my classes this week only met that one day due to some standardized testing.  I feel as though I’m off my game and behind on everything I’m supposed to be doing.
