Robert Mitchell recommended a while ago that I add some squats to my routine. Today I did. So it went like this:
- Qi gong form: eight pieces of silk
- Qi gong form: five golden coins
- Tai chi form, focus on movement
- Tai chi form, focus on breathwork
- Tai chi form, focus on isomorphic movement
- Twenty squats
- Twenty push-ups
This was about 50 minutes. Allowing for about 12 minutes apiece for the tai chi forms (36 minutes), five or six minutes for the push-ups and squats together, that means that I probably rushed the Qi gong ms. No matter. I’m closing in on my goal of doing at least45 minute to 60 minutes a day.
