Tai Chi Y4D196: Still at it

Simple set today:

  • Druidry: central ray and surrounding work.
  • 25 push-ups
  • qi gong set: Five Golden Coins
  • qi gong set: Eight Pieces of Silk
  • tai chi form (breathwork)
  • tai chi form (footwork)

All told, about 40 minutes.  Not bad.

I’m aware that in the month of September, I published 33 entries – only slightly more than one a day.  But that in August, I published 44 entries — thirteen more entries than days, and a lot more reading matter.  Maybe you didn’t read everything there?  Between school, and getting ready for my art show, I haven’t had much time to write about extra things. And I haven’t felt up to it.
