Tai Chi Y4D195: Back in the Swing

Eight Pieces of Silk. Tai Chi form.  Twenty-five push-ups. Better tai chi form.  thirty-three minutes.Good enough.

Getting back into the swing of things after even a few days of the minimum is challenging.  Fortunately today wasn’t too hard.  I’ve been off my routines for days, and it’s been very tough on me.  Seems like I’m going to be able to get back into them easily. Good.
