The other day I outlined the new routine: two qi gong forms, 20 push-ups, the form three or four times. And, of course, druidry — what my order calls the central ray, and attendant rites. Today it was three times through the tai chi form. I found that this gave me about 40 minutes. When I sat down at my computer, though, I was pulled into an email fest that had erupted overnight, and it took a while to recover from that. Then I had two classes to teach, and I’m further behind.
But the work got done, which is the important part. The writing is a bonus.
