For a range of reasons, I wasn’t able to do tai chi the first thing this morning. My last responsibilities to school before summer camp begins ended extremely early in the morning on Friday. This was followed by a night out with friends that evening, and then a late start this morning followed by an early set-up time for an event my lady is doing.I got in a walk and some other exercise this morning before I did tai chi, though, so it feels like I was already limbered up and ready to do this morning’s work, this afternoon. It was easy to go at the right speed, easy to do the breathwork correctly… but not much to report. Oh! I did feel the chi sense rise between the qi gong forms (which I did correctly today) and the tai chi form. But that’s really it.
