Tai Chi Y3D72: The Form Alone

I was not in the right mood to work through the two qi gong forms when I woke up this morning.  I went directly to the tai chi form.  I did it through, three times.  Why I felt the need to do this, rather than my usual qi gong, is not clear.  But it was a nice change.  It aaas good to shake things up a bit. And I had a flow from breathwork that allowed me to achieve slow, slower, and even slower than that.  Not Tortoise speed, but good enough.  Maybe concentrating on the form for a little while will be good for breaking me out of the current posture of having not much to say.
