Tai Chi Y3D15: Two weeks in

Two weeks into the new year.

I’m finding that my energy levels are off. The result was that I didn’t push my qi gong quite as much today as in the past; and I went a little faster in the tai chi form than I’ve been trying to go the last few weeks.

My weight has been creeping up, too. I don’t think it’s just because of bone density increasing, sadly.
