Tai chi Y2D277: tightness

Things are changing in my core. It’s hard to be sure what, exactly. I do tai chi daily, and it’s hard to tell in the bustle of daily practice what is changing, or if it’s changing for the better or worse. I think for the better… but who knows?

All I know is that the twists and bend-overs in my qi gong forms are getting easier and more precise. I’ve lost the ability to put my hands on the floor, unfortunately. But I also find that I can work the button-and-zipper more easily all the time now. So there’s a trade-off.
