Tai Chi Y2D236: early riser

I woke this morning at 4:15. Normally I try to go back to bed, but I couldn’t do it. So I got up and did tai chi. It was pretty successful doing it so early. I was able to let go of early morning stiffness and soreness during the qi gong part of the exercises; then I got a much better and slower workout from the tai chi portion of the morning exercises.

But it also means that I have an hour more than usual in my day, and I’m not sure what to do about that. Really, I could use another hour of sleep, but my body is still on daylight savings time.
