During one of the spins in the form today, I tore up a little patch of grass on the ground. It was saddening to know that I had injured a plant. On the other hand, it was an awesome turn.
The lead up to school is starting to be a major driver of my tai chi practice. When my lady heard me getting up to go do tai chi, she asked, “why are you doing it now? It’s Sunday.” and it was early, I grant that. Maybe 6:15… Not later than 6:30… But, I’d been awake and lying in bed for an hour already. It was time to get up and do the work.
