Thanks for being so responsive and so eager to help me out around this medical issue. I do a lot for this place, and it’s sure nice to know that you appreciate it and you are willing to go out of your way for me. I’ve got this warm, happy feeling — entirely unrelated to this pain in my gut — that you actually care about me and you care what I do, and how I do it. It feels good, and I like knowing that we are, in fact, the community we think we are. I’m humbled. Thank you.
