Natick Feature…

For those interested (particularly , who actually lives near there), I am the featured poet at the Natick reading tomorrow night, at 7pm.

The Natick reading is at Java Jim’s, 22 Main Street, Natick, MA. This is on Route 27 in downtown Natick, or so I am assured by the cognoscenti.

Hope to see you all there!

In the meantime, I am trying to finish figuring the next week or two out. I have, basically, six days of freedom between now and when all the faculty orientation starts at school. I need to finish revising for White Wolf, do my feature, finish some prep-work for class, go to New Hampshire, see my friend A and his partner K, clean the apartment (because parents WILL care what my place looks like on opening day), and maybe get one more fire circle in.

Unfortunately, all of this requires me to be in a couple of places at once. I’m not sure how I’m going to manage that.

TCAN is The Center for Arts in Natick….they are located in the old fire station downtown…there was some falling out in the management, and the original founder started his own gig at Java Jim’s…..hope I can get down there to see you and Ms. Lovely Lips!

  2. Thanks for the good wishes.

I’d like to go to Aranor’s but I’m feeling swamped with stuff for school. My god-daughter’s b-day party is on Saturday, we’re scheduled to visit Leah’s folks in NH too, and we’re supposed to see a friend of mine and his new partner. It’s all a little packed-in. Plus I need to finish revising stuff for White Wolf. I’m a bit stressed.

    See you!

  3. Ooooooh….

You are reading at the rogue TCAN…you rebel you!
I guess Dorothy was right…it IS all in my very own backyard….no need for tornadoes here.
I will try to make it…sounds like a blast!

What on earth is the rogue TCAN? I have no idea what you’re talking about.

But I AM glad that and I might get to see you tomorrow.

  5. Are you going to Aranor’s gathering in NH?? We were considering it but are going to end up at a friend’s in Dracut.
I wish we could come to your feature tomorrow night! Unfortunately, I can’t goto bellydance next week due to dorm stuff, so I have to go tomorrow 🙁 (not to mention, also attend a new teacher dinner at 6…not sure how yet).

    Good luck at your feature!
