Two qi gong forms, four tai chi forms. I was planning on writing about the work of the elements that I’ve been gradually incorporating into my tai chi practice today. But I’ve run out of time this morning to do that. It’s likely going to be Saturday before I can pick up that particular thread.
I will say that today’s fire, and water, forms were both pretty good. I could get used to this kind of practice in time. Right now it’s kicking me around a bit, but the long-term results will likely be worth it.
