Two forms of qi gong and four tai chi forms later, and I can say that I feel awake and alert, stretched, and empowered.
Somewhere in the middle of the first tai chi form I got confused where I was, and I simply flowed into opening posture the next time I faced east. And then I began again. In other words, I didn’t stop. I just kept going. So it was a weird amalgam of a broken short-form and a perfect short-form combined together. The other forms went fine.
