Tai Chi Y4D317: Not very good

Today’s tai chi was not very good.  I did one iteration of the form, not particularly well.  This morning, anyway.

Shortly after noon today, I’m going to be leading fifteen teens and pre-teens through a tai chi work out for an hour and a half: some push hands, and some qi gong, and some iterations of the form and some sub-sets of that form.  My goal is to get them to the point where they can do the two qi gong forms and the tai chi form on their own.

I don’t know that we’ll get there, but I’m trying.
