Today is a teaching day. So, I did 20 push-ups, and one tai chi form. The rest will have to wait until later in the day. In the meantime, I focused on breathwork this morning. I appreciate the energy that goes into this, but at the same time I don’t always love it.
After tai chi I did the Druidic workings. I forgot to mention that this weekend. I’m also working on assembling a few books for Christmas presents, so I finished wrapping a few book-boards.
