Tai chi Y4D266: four

Did 20 squats and four tai chi iterations after Druidry and meditation. Was going to do push-ups too but my shoulder is still bothering me.

The experience of disorientation that comes from doing tai chi in directions other than the one I’m used to is starting to lessen. I’m even developing a sense of which directions are ‘good’ for focusing on specific elements of overall practice. This means that I focus on footwork and the specific postures when facing East, breathwork and outward force on the South iteration. West appears to be for upward and downward movements.  North is for splitting and integration.

But I don’t know that this is sure yet.
