Tai Chi Y4D261: count breath

Did my tai chi this morning.  And druidry.  Don’t know what else to say about that, other than that I was making an effort to count my breaths so that I would slow down my practice and get a better work out.  It worked, more or less.

Robert Mitchell’s comment from the other day, and subsequent blog post, was helpful. It’s important to remember that we’re respiratory creatures, prone to breathing and and out, and to have our own cycles of activity and relative inactivity.  Thanks.
