Yep. Did some tai chi. Yep, did some qi gong. Yep, did 25 push-ups. Yes, my weight is down again today. That’s good.
But there isn’t very much to say beyond that.
This weekend, I happened upon some papers which turned out to be a correspondence course in astrology, very probably the 1970s. It appears to align well with what I already knew about astrology, and I got some really good information out of the papers. Very pleased with my initial results.
