Tai Chi Y4D191: Six months down

So, that’s three years, six months.

Twenty-five push-ups this morning, in a set of twelve and a set of thirteen.  Something twinged in my flank at the end of the first twelve, and I stopped to check myself.  And then I did thirteen more; no issue in the second set.

Did the form Eight Pieces of Silk.  And then the tai chi form twice.  Twenty-six minutes.  Something went a little fast today.  No matter — I did what I came to do.
