Today I did both qi gong forms, followed by 25 push-ups, followed by the tai chi form twice. The first time through was a bit rushed, but I was able to slow down for the second half. The second time through, I did the three breaths ahead of time, and I was able to do the tai chi form at something resembling the appropriate speed.
At one point during Fair Lady Works Shuttles I pushed over my leading point, and lost my balance. This hasn’t happened in a while — largely because I’ve been going too fast to notice points where I was going to lose my balance if I didn’t watch it. So this is good. I’m back in something resembling a groove.
Overall time from start to finish: 38 minutes. This is good.
