Tai Chi Y4D172: Six Sets

I woke about 7:30 am, and did the Rite of the Central Ray, which is the principal DOGD practice.  Then, I did eight sets of the tai chi form this morning: two before Five Golden Coins, and two after. Then 25 push-ups, and two more sets of tai chi. Then Eight Pieces of Silk, and two more tai chi forms.

It was a pretty good practice.  I feel like a got a good workout, and managed my movements pretty well.  But then I ran out of time before my next activity of the day. And as a result, I didn’t take many notes about what I did or whether it succeeded or not.  All I have is a sense of “hey, that went well.”

So be it.
