Today’s the day I go home again. Shifting the mattress in our tent has helped my back immensely. It’s still no fun sleeping on a futon on the ground, but at least I don’t feel like one of my vertebra is about to pop out of my spine and bounce on the floor.
Today’s tai chi practice was pretty simple and easy. I didn’t do much — only two iterations of the form, no qi gong, and no elaborate program of standing postures. I’m looking forward to being able to work in my own space again.
