Tai Chi Y4D55: Home, Changed

Made it home safely from Pennsylvania, and went to bed relatively early. Woke this morning and did half an hour of tai chi, including ten push-ups (bringing those back), two qi gong forms, some standing postures, and the form twice.  It was a pretty good workout.  Then shower.

Discover I’m running late and race off to work.  Lose track of what I was planning to write about today between home and work.

Clearly there’s a learning curve to climb here.
