Tai Chi Y4D19: Not much to add

Did tai chi twice, with the two qi gong interspersed between them.  It was a pretty good workout. A bit of a sweat got started, and during the second work through of the form, I practiced inverse breathing with good results.  There’s a mysterious twinge in my left elbow that I’ve not worked out where it came from. Overall time, 25 minutes.  Not bad.

Not much else to say at this time.
