Sure, there are still reports to write and grades to calculate and all that sort of thing. But today is the last day of school meetings, just as last Friday was graduation. It made for an extended tai chi session that took almost an hour as I tried to work through everything I’ve learned about slowing down since January. I didn’t succeed in including everything I learned, but I tried.
The last week or so, I’ve been doing 10 push-ups daily. Push-ups have a bad rap, or more honestly, an alternately bad rap and a good rep. I found a plan to get me to the point where I can do 100 push-ups a day in six weeks. This seems reasonable, and seems like a good addition to my tai chi program overall.
