I got up this morning, did tai chi, and then, almost immediately, had to go into “re-planning the day” mode. My arrangements for travel to school fell through after dropping off my car for some repairs, and I needed to figure out how I was going to get to school instead of writing my daily entry.
Now, hours later, I’m writing about my tai chi practice, and I have nothing to say. I don’t remember what happened that I liked or didn’t like. I didn’t make a note or write a thing on my hand to outline my plan for the entry. Gone.
Oh, well. I know I had something, but it will come back when it’s time.
At least you did it… an accomplishment in and of itself, right?
True. I’m also coming down with something. IT feels like more than half the school is sick.
Change of seasons, a challenge to your constitutional system (read Immune System). Consider: Peppermint tea with Ginger. Fresh ginger in anything. Cinnamon. A homeopathic remedy Oscillococcinum. A wonderful, brilliant Chinese herb formula called Cold Snap. Those remedies are all about warding off incoming crud of all kinds and can usually be found at most large “natural foods” stores and even in some larger conventional grocery stores. The can be used singly or all together.
