Being sick yesterday took a lot out of me. I also had to drop a friend at the train station this morni, very early, and I’m still weary form yesterday’s battle. While tai chi broke my fever, I was still pretty miserable for most of the day.
I don’t have much to say about today’s work. Yesterday’s was better,and today’s kind of lame. Still tired from fighting off illness.
update: ok, so that’s the first time I can recall being wrecked after tai chi instead of energized. Note for the future, apparently… Recovering from sickness should sometimes take priority over keeping to a schedule. Also, it creates a great indicator for the future — if doing tai chi makes me exhausted, it probably means I should avoid work or other people that day, and maybe go back to bed.
