Tai chi Y2D297: twice to be certain

Today I did the qi gong form twice, because I wasn’t sure I included all the postures the first time around. Almost as soon as I was done with the repeat, I knew exactly what I’d skipped the first time. I’ve had a lot of skipped bits recently. I wonder why. For the moment, the solution appears to be repeating the form. This has a doubled advantage because I go slower the second time, as well.
