Tai Chi Y2D228: the day’s work

Daily practice today started promptly and lasted a good long while. I like it when that happens. It means I’m settling into a routine again after some changes. I couldn’t slap the floor, but I got more than just my fingertips to touch, which is good.

Lately I’ve been paying close attention to the position of my knees during the squatting exercises. This is tough. The knees have to be behind the line drawn vertically from the toes. My balance has been weak on this. But I think I’m finally getting the cantilever correct, and learning to manage the posture.
