I’ve had this combination of phenomenal practice over the last few days, along with the sense that my upper body wasn’t doing very much. But today, I had some great upper body work, and in part it’s because my lower body has been participating more fully. I don’t think I even realized that my below-the-waist body wasn’t doing the work, until it was.
Also, I was able to put my hands flat on the floor today during the “toe touches”. Which is a long way from the other day, when I couldn’t touch my toes at all. The most important reminder, though, is still not to bounce.
Today is faculty meetings. School starts next week. Where did summer go?
