Taiji Day 209: Slept In? Do it Anyway

At 5:36, almost 40 minutes past when I usually wake, I heard birds chirping.  I didn’t sleep well on Sunday night (full moon!), and so I crashed pretty hard at about 9:15 last night.  Apparently I forgot to set the alarm, too.  And woke just at the outside edge of the time when I can get my morning routine done before going to work.

So I rolled right out of bed and did the forms.   These things have to be done, and if that means pushing yourself to do them, so be it.
