I’ve been thinking about the suggestion to make a mandala of the sixth grade curriculum. I wonder what I would put into it. I wonder how I would organize it. A Buddhist mandala like the one at the start of this slide show represents about 2500 years of evolution, development and a fine-tuned iteration process governed by no specific person. The mandala I designed would, by normal standards, have to be substantially less than that. But I wonder if it could be done? Hmm.
