The Step Pyramid of Saqqara

A lot of kids were interested in slide shows, but they weren’t very good at making them.  I had made this one a while ago, to use now when we’re talking about ancient Egypt… but I wound up using it in a new way today.  Instead of talking about the content of the slideshow, I talked about the process of making it.  How I decided on a story, and found pictures that supported that story, and how I decided what the sequence of images in that story would be.

I think next week’s presentations will be a lot better.
