This was the way the moon looked the other morning, and I thought she was stunning. My camera had a hard time, though. Even on a “nighttime” setting, the camera was finicky, and didn’t take that many great shots. I thought this was one of the better ones. There were a few more but not many.
What does it take to capture good night-shots or very early morning shots?
Re: Oh, poop…
Ahhh. Yeah, the night setting is probably the longest exposure. Do you have a setting for “Available Light”? You might try that if you do. I have digital also, but mine can go semi- or fully manual, so I can really play with the settings. Are you and your love going to Eric and KC’s wedding or to Isaac & Sylvie’s reception this month?
Oh, poop…
Don’t have a tripod, and my camera doesn’t give me control over the exposure time… since it’s digital, I’m not sure it really matters, anyway. Oh, well.
Generally I think it helps to use a tripod and a really long exposure.
