I did one form today, and then I called my mom in Sarasota. That Florida city was hit by four tornadoes overnight, and I wanted to be sure that she was OK. She and dad were both fine.
The form was not particularly good. I appear to be in a bit of a slump at the moment. I’m having a hard time getting my right ankle back up to quality form, and I’m not keen on over-extending it. Slowly, surely, with some help from self-massage and self-care, I’ll get back where I want to be with this.
In the meantime, I take it easy.
