Today I did my minimum: druidry involves lighting a trio of candles and a stick of incense, saying some words and making some gestures, some meditation, and casting a geomantic chart. ‘Tai Chi’ requires one qi gong form (Today it was Five Golden Coins), and the tai chi form.
Thirty minutes beginning to end. If I can’t sacrifice fifteen to twenty minutes to my daily practice, to the maintenance of my spiritual and intellectual and physical health, I can’t get anything done for most of the day. I can even do the druidry without incense or candles, but the meditation and divination are one key component together; and two different movements are the other key component. Now I’m ready for what the day throws at me.
What about you?
