I got up this morning and did one tai chi form. Then I went back to bed for a while, before doing another tai chi form and a qi gong form. I have an eight-hour drive from central pennsylvania home again, so I plan on doing my stretching routines and qi gong at various rest areas on the drive home. The result will be tai chi sprinkled throughout my day.
I’m really looking forward to the start of school next week. It’s only faculty meetings, but it’s a program that requires me to be in one place for a little while. I’ve been running around all summer, and looking back, it’s obvious that it’s been very disruptive to my tai chi practice. I’m ready to be settled for a bit.
