Tai Chi Y4D154: Doing good work

Today I did tai chi six times, both qi gong forms, and twenty-five push-ups. It was a good set.  I don’t have much more to say about it, at least at the moment.  I broke a sweat. I felt some muscle tightnesses that I’ve had for several days — pop. Finally. And I am slightly stiff and sore after getting back into serious workings after days away from them.

That quotation? Vladimir Horowitz, or whoever? “When I don’t practice for a day, I notice. When I don’t practice two days, the orchestra notices. When I don’t practice for three days, the audience knows.”  I’m definitely at three days or more, but recovering.
