Tai Chi Y4D143: Split set

I did part of my tai chi this morning when I first got up.  I was meeting someone for coffee, and so I headed out early, before I wrote my entry. So I had coffee, and then came back and did the rest of my tai chi (and 20 push-ups, and both qi gong sets) when I came back.

I’m definitely feeling the lassitude of the end of the summer, and there’s starting to be an itch to begin the work of school again. Some more structure in my life is gradually becoming a necessity.
