I did both qi gong forms, and eight versions of the tai chi form. I would like to be able to say that I gave each tai chi form its full attention—upward, downward, and so on. But frankly, just getting through eight today was enough. I’m not stiff, I’m not sore, I’m not hugely sweaty or uncomfortably over-worked. The heat around here has declined, and it’s going to be a bit easier to breathe. No, at the moment I’m just concerned with getting in eight iterations of the form. That’s the goal, and it’s the key objective for the next few days while I’m traveling (internet may be spotty in the days ahead).
And that is an important objective.
