Tai chi Y4D113: split eight

I’m heading to the mountain today on my retreat. So I got up, did two qi gong forms, and then four tai chi forms. I plan on doing the other four when I get to the mountain. 

On the other hand, I did those four tai chi forms with gracefulness and slowness. So it still took me almost 40 minutes. 

See you on the other side of the mountain.
